About This Item

Started in honor of one of our Gang's trip to Israel. We hope it will be sent around the world to take pictures of favorite world landmarks (or Favorite Local ones to the Geocacher(s). A journal is also attached to find out information about the families/cachers who take this Travel Bug with them.... feel free to log the TB in and out of other caches along the way, if desired... but MOST OF ALL... Keep it moving!! THANKS!!

NOTE: Please only take ONE picture per Landmark, so as not to fill the camera too quickly!!

Sorry it took me so long to add these comments. I took Photo Trekkie to Houston, Texas, and took a picture of the Astrodome, once called the Eighth Wonder of the World.

Picked this one up on a trip to Florida with some of my old high school classmates. Will take it back to Texas with me and get a picture soon.

An interesting note. A good friend from college that I got started Geocaching a few years back, Garnettcs, moved this Travel Bug from Missouri to South Dakota in August, 2007. It is a small world.

At last I found a cache big enough to drop this in! Have added a photo of the Forth Bridge, the iconic river crossing which is surely the best-known landmark in this part of the world. Great idea for a TB, I hope the photos eventually find their way back home.

Nice idea! I've brought it back to Edinburgh for now... no shortage of world landmarks in this neck of the woods. Hope my photographic skills are up to the job 😉
