Current Goal

Jim has arrived on his first journey, travelling between Jim's boys. He has now migrated across the ocean to see Jim's boy's daughter and now wants to proceed North through the USA and up to visit Jim's Boy's cache buddies. Thanks to all who have helped him on his travels so far

 

First Mission now complete

This little bug is destined to roam the countryside as a tribute to Jim who died in 2009. Its first journey is between his boys who live at opposite ends of the UK. Please move Jim’s lads on in a northerly progression so it can reach its objective of South Ronaldsay, North Scotland as soon as possible. If you happen to be on the Morayshire coast please attach pictures as this was Jim’s favourite area.

Jims Lad has been sailing with us around the Kyles of Bute, Loch Fyne and Millport. Unfortunately we couldn't find a suitable cache to leave him in on our trip but have now left him close to the water at Beecraigs Country Park to rest after his adventures. Hopefully someone will now send him on his way North.

I Wasn't going to take any more trackables, but couldn't resist this pirate. He will join us on our first sail of the season next month and we will find somewhere good by the sea for him to rest whilst waiting for someone to take him further north

After some time.....we finally managed to drop Jim's Lads where it wanted to go. Nestling in amongst the Scottish undergrowth, sheltering from the icy January winds.
