We are setting this coin on its journey at "A Walk of Celebration along the Laurel Marsh Trail" in memory of CraiginCT who passed away recently. It is our hope that those who find this coin will pause to remember Craig and all the cachers who have left us. If possible, please log your own memory of someone in your caching community who is no longer with us, but whose spirit remains on the endless journey.
This coin was created especially for 12/12/12, allegedly the date of the Mayan Apocalypse. Since we seem to have survived despite predictions to the contrary, we are now able to send this coin on its way.
