The keychain is from the Joliet Historical Museum which has a display featuring Dr. Houbolt who was involved in the lunar landing projects.  The initial cache that this was placed in is located on a road named for him.  It would like to visit the states of Texas (home to the Johnson Space Center) and Florida (home to the Kennedy Space Center).
