i was visiting from NM to MN and had an afternoon free, so i looked for an event close by. i found one; put out a request for a ride from my hotel to the event. true to the geocache creed "leave no geocacher behind", punkey87 reached out to me and drove me around all afternoon -- wow, aren't cachers the greatest? i can't thank her enough for her generous spirit. she passed Herbie on to me to continue his adventure in NM.
