Curly's Canoe Championship Medal Travel Bug

This is a 1st Place medal that Curly Voll and Dave Taylor earned in 1984 when they won the New York Canoe Racing Championship Masters Division in 1984.

Dave Taylor died of a heart attack, but Curly is still alive and kickin!

I intended to drop the TB "Curly's Canoe Championship" into this kayak-cache http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=3a8ea520-2d7a-44db-b6bf-e3ad277dee97 . Unfortunately the box was too small. So "Curly" visited the cache and will be dropped soon.
