Found this lizard among my first T.B's found! I am taking him 1503 miles west later today where there is 2 feet of SNOW! Well at least he will be closer to deserts than here in Virginia! For now I'll take his pic next to a happy cactus!

The Lizard is treking southward. We plan to cache tomorrow further below the Mason Dixon line in VA. If not tomorrow, in the near future.

Have you ever had the feeling when there are just some travel bugs you have to have? Well, Desert Dingus was one of them. When I saw his cute photo, I went out immediately to Ghost Hill to find him, and Ghost Hill is not a pleasant place. Poor Dingus! How he ended up in Maryland is beyond me, but I will fix him up before he travels on. I too use to live in the high desert of Arizona and miss it very much. So, Dingus and I will tell some tales and make due the best we can before he continues his journey. I have quite a decision to make as far as release is concerned. I could place him by the airport hoping someone will pack him on a plane, or place him by an interstate waiting for a ride west. If it was summer, I'd drive him out to the Navajo reservation, but, it isn't summer So, I'll need a little time to come up with something before I send my kindered spirit on its way. All my relations. jm

Picked him up after meeting Niagara. They say Maryland is America in Minature so there must be a desert somewhere in the state.
