This cache was a mystery cache. I had to go to retrieve the "Bingo" board today. On it, are cache numbers. The idea is, you need to visit up to 10 caches to complete your "BINGO" .. in the caches are little bingo pieces with one number of the coordinate. I had been picking up the little pieces with no idea of how it worked. I have 6 pieces so I have a few more to go to complete it.
