Lonley Lila

Accidentally deleted Lila's two dips in other caches in other states. Trying to fix that...

We will drop Lonely Lila in our front yard cache. Hopefully someone will take it to one of the many beautiful gardens in the Portland, OR area:

I didn't know of any lilac gardens in the area, so I looked online. Sure enough, there's one in Duniway Park. "The Garden Club brought an out-of-state lilac expert to Portland to select a site and design the garden layout." You, perhaps? Nah! ;-)

FYI, I read through the logs for this TB, and I see that you were at Geowoodstock VIII. Small world -- we were there, too. It's the only GW event my husband and I attended. Enjoyed it and caching in the Seattle area.

Whoa, Lonely Lila must truly have been lonely seeing as how "she" was in The View From Here for over 6 months! Glad we could liberate this TB. We are visiting from Portland, OR, and we will dip LL in a cache in ID and in WA on our way back home.

The View From Here is on the slope of Big Mountain (outside of Whitefish, MT) which has its share of wildflowers. Next to the cache was a batch of Indian Paintbrush. (Drats, I didn't take a picture!)
