    This was a cool find, such a surprise to find a cardboard canister placed inside a hollow pipe railing between the roadway and the wash! Had a wire handle attached so you could pull it out! Very clever!

    Back on the East side of Tucson tonight. Photo op at my first, and only, so far, cache, Houghton Cool Cache. And it was kinda cool tonight...maybe 50 or so. But it's a dry heat...heh heh.

    This was one sneaky hide. The cache was within a very well used bolt with a magnetized 'washer' at the base on a guardrail! I know these are out there, but this looked totally homemade, and well done too. The fun continued as I opened the cache and the wind took the immediately into the street. It was a teeny log but thankfully my horrible eyes could still see it and it didn't get blown into some nearby cactus! Had a great time with this one...totally worth looking ridiculous on the side of the road!!

    A trip to the west side of Tucson for some caching with My Sidekick and I. A very blustery day, but no rain while we pulled off several caches! A nice hide in a prickly pear, there was a neat mural in the parking lot depicting desert life.
