    This was one of over 140 trackables that had been in an archived travel bug hotel. They were all rehabilitated yesterday as part of an event to attach new companions and get them on their way traveling again. Hope this one gets to travel far and wide on its new adventures.

    Grabbed this at the Travel Bug Rehabilitation Event today. These are travel bugs that have had their hitchhiker removed by an unknown person. This event was to try to replace these hitchhikers similar to what they used to have. We hope you will like what we did.

    I ended up with about 50 of the travel bugs and plan to drop them in caches as soon as I can.

    I was told about a bunch of travel bugs were stranded in a archived travel bug hotel. This is one of over 100 I have been given. All of the hitchhikers have been removed and if they had a chain, it was also removed. They have passed through a few hands and I am now the person with the travel bugs. I will try to get them moved along as soon as possible. I plan to have an event where people can help restore these travel bugs to something close to their original form. Keep an eye out for this event in central Texas. You may not see these released until Late August/September. Contact me with any questions.
