Current Goal

To visit cities and learn about their interesting nicknames.  This trackable started in Morton, IL which is the Pumpkin Capital of the World and home of Libby Pumpkin. Morton produces 85% of packaged pumpkin in the U.S.  In Septmeber, you can attend our local Pumpkin Festival and enjoy goodies like pumpkin ice cream and pumpkin pancakes.

    Found this amongst my travel gear which has been in storage. The Covid Pandemic of 2020-2022 meant that travel was on hold for a while. Thankful that restrictions are now easing and we can go travelling again. Will drop this off in the next few days.

    Found this TB in my suitcase. Must have forgot to unpack it when we came home from Houston. We are currently driving south through Victoria and stopped into Glenrowan. Glenrowan is decorated with lots of sculptures of Australia’s most notorious bush ranger Ned Kelly’s armour. I have attached a photo of the Big Ned Kelly which is located nearby this cache.

    Before heading back to Australia we had a short layover in Houston also known as Space city. It was fitting as we drove down to the Johnson Space Center and spent majority of the day which is where this geocache is located.
