My 1st mission is to meet cacher-aviatiors all around the world! Take a selfie with me and your aircraft (if possible)!
My 2nd mission is to have my picture taken with as many aircraft as possible!
My 3rd mission is to make it to airshows and expos like Sun n' Fun, or Osh Kosh! Make sure to take my picture there!
My 4th mission is to go to air museums and meet other old aircraft like myself! (Remember to take my picture there!)
My 5th mission is to reunite with my aircraft family, take my picture with one of my big brother DC-3's or C-47's!
Help me meet my mission objectives please! Dont forget to log my travels wherever I go!
I am a mini DC-3 / C-47, heres a little of my history:
The Douglas DC-3 is a fixed-wing propeller-driven airliner. Its speed and range revolutionized air transport in the 1930s and 1940s. Its lasting impact on the airline industry and World War II makes it one of the most significant transport aircraft ever made.
The major military version of which more than 10,000 were produced was designated the C-47 Skytrain in the USA and the Dakota in the UK.
Many DC-3s and converted C-47s are still used in all parts of the world.
