To travel around the world as far and wide as possible to all of the places my dad never got to go. I hope the travel bug can have a stop in Jamaica as he spoke of going on vacation there again one day. Please share a photo of the location, if you wish.
My dad, Denis, passed away very suddenly September 2013 at the age of only 60 years. I miss him terribly and think of him often. He definitely didn't get to fulfill his life and do all the things people do once they hit retirement age. I decided to release this travel bug in his honour and spirit. I hope my fellow geocachers can help me take his spirit all over the world--all the places he never got to see or experience. Send photos of you with the TB along the way, if you'd like.
The item itself, a washer and nut keyring, was handmade by my awesome geocaching sister (familyfinn24); it was her signature item in 2013. She kindly passed it down to me and I thought of my dad right away. I wanted this TB to represent him and it was just perfect. He was a mechanic. Always working on one project or another and pretty passionate about tools and Canadian Tire.
Please help my TB accomplish it's arduous mission. Thank you!
