Found travel bug at GC1CQJH "Whose fault is it anyway?" Clove Lake Park, Staten Island, NY on 10-18-2009, during the Breast Cancer Walk A Thon.
However, Penn E Penguin was not attached ... chain was broken.
Placed travel bug in GC1CQ5K "Giddy Up, stage 2" Sayreville, NJ on 11-06-09
Next time I am in Staten Island I will check cache and try to reunite Penn E Pengiun with tag, if at all possible.
