Found it in "Erlweinturm".
This tower was 10 meters high and offered a very beautiful view on the city of Dresden. Because it is situated at a very beautiful location in a little forrest it was used by couples for some romantic moments.
Unfortunately the tower was destroyed 1945 by the German army to remove a strategic point for the approaching Russians. The second picture shows the remains.
