Most people don't know that the farmer's wife in this poem is actually Queen Mary I, commonly known as Bloody Mary. Curly and his two blind brothers, Moe and Larry, don't want to be like the mice in the poem and blindly run after the farmer's wife. Curly wants to travel the globe and keep his tail while avoiding Bloody Mary by visiting caches in any country NOT under British rule. That shouldn't be hard in these times. Just move Curly along and he'll be happy.
Three blind mice, three blind mice,
See how they run, see how they run,
They all ran after the farmer's wife,
Who cut off their tails with a carving knife,
Did you ever see such a thing in your life,
As three blind mice?
