I would like this patch from Camp Mitigwa, Mid-Iowa Council, BSA, to travel to as many Scout camps as possible. If your camp does not have a suitable geocache on the property, perhaps you could take it along on a campout at that camp. Post a picture of your camp. And spread the wonder of Scouting and geocaching to youth around the world.
I have been active in Boy Scouts of America most of my life. I am an Eagle Scout and Vigil Order of the Arrow member. I have served as Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster of 4 different troops. I have never been active in Girl Scouts, but I have participated in other youth groups, most recently First Lego League. I believe in the wonders we can do with and for our youth, and would like to include all Scouting and any youth group activity as part of the mission.
Perhaps my most memorable times in Scouting are my summers on camp staff. I have worked in 3 different summer camps for a total of 12 summers. At these camps I have served as Program Director, Scoutcraft Director, Nature Director, Shooting Sports Director, and Climbing Director.

- Camp Cuyuna - Twin Valley Council, Minnesota
- Camp Mitigwa - Mid Iowa Council
I got the trackable - The Maker - on sale - I assume they were trying to get rid of the last of a past craze. But I saw it and decided it has a good message.
The patch is a camper patch from when I was working at Camp Mitigwa, outside Boone Iowa. The M stands for Mitigwa; it also for Maker of Men, an older Scout program at Mitigwa. I ask that you pass it on in order to promote working to broaden the horizons of our youth.
