    FTF #1540. Fourth of 5 FTF's here at 3:53 pm on a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon. We are traveling from Cary, IL back to home in Minnesota and wanted a break from driving; we chose some of these new caches in this park to get that break. Fourth one for the day. Great hide and again excellent coords!! We absolutely love the container and cammo!!! Gets a favorite point!

    FTF #1539. Third of 5 FTF's here at 3:17 pm on a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon. We are traveling from Cary, IL back to home in Minnesota and wanted a break from driving; we chose some of these new caches in this park to get that break. Third one for the day. Great hide with excellent coords!! We managed to get this but feel it is likely higher d and t. We requested that and the CO did change it to a 3.5/4. That became one of our two remaining fizzies for the FTF grid! Only one left to get now (a 5/3!). YAY!!!

    We are traveling today from Biwabik, Minnesota to Oshkosh. We took a detour to visit this interesting landmark along the way. Nice evening to visit!! We managed to get the proper GPS location as well! 😁

    FTF #1536. Got a second FTF here at 5:45 pm. What a neat spot! Thanks for bringing us here! We enjoyed a quick game of Pooh Sticks for fun. Love to calm reflection pond on the downstream side of the road (see pic)!!! Coords were excellent and fun Swag in a small container. Took nothing and added two small polished agates. Enjoying our drive from Biwabik to Osh Kosh.

    FTF #1534. Yay!! (FTF) at 8:00 pm on an absolutely wonderful Monday vacation day. We spent today in Grand Marais with agate’s brother visiting our 99 year old uncle! We then wanted to pick up a couple caches and ALs before it got dark for our April challenge. This was our final find today and leaves us with 99 for the challenge to get to 100.

    We really had a spectacular weekend. Last night we got to see amazing aurora borealis from our condo by Giants Ridge (see pic). Today was gorgeous and Lake Superior never disappoints! We understand Aurora will be even more spectacular tonight!

    Excellent AL and bonus cache. Left a polished agate and our pathtag for a future visitor.

    We have some time on this sunny Sunday morning to pick up a few caches in support of our April quantity challenge. We decided it would be nice to pick up all the newer SP Challenges that have been placed since we cleared them all in 2018. Lol, that’s quite a few new ones. This was the 15th for this morning. We qualify for this cache with 208 horses 🐎.

    FTF #1531. Agate here. I’ve been on work assignment this week in Wilson and have had an excellent time caching in North Carolina just about every afternoon/evening I’ve been here. Now I am on my way to the airport to head back to Minnesota and thought I’d try for a couple of FTFs in Clayton. First (FTF) here at 3:30 pm on a gorgeous Thursday afternoon!

    FTF #1527. Agate here. I’ve been on work assignment this week in Wilson and have had an excellent time caching in Greenville just about every night I’ve been here. Tonight is no exception as 6 new caches drew me and my geobuddy KingTut back for another adventure. Third (FTF) here at 11:45 pm. Excellent container and hide.

    PS: fun to read about your marching band experience. Mickey and I were both in the marching band at Iowa State University years ago. I was in the drumline and she was a piccolo. That is where we met! Best times ever!!

    STF here on a beautiful Tuesday evening. Agate here, back in the area with KingTut for a couple more possible FTFs. Stopped by here on our way to Scrat. Excellent hide and fun container!!!!
