DISCOVER ME DISCOVER ME DISCOVER ME!!
My mission as a one-of-a-kind trackable is to boldly go wherever agate takes me! I want to meet as many cachers that I can, see new places, maybe go above the clouds or into the water (well, maybe not into the water). Caching is great! The best part is the amazing people along the way!
If you find me alone, without agate nearby, please help me find my way home!

Agate here! Greetings from Minnesota! I have been on a work assignment in Mexicali this week. Today I’m driving back to San Diego for my flight home and had time for a couple caches. This one caught my eye with its favorite points.
I actually tried to stop here a month ago but missed the proper hours. Today was perfect timing. I found the container quickly and got signed in. What a gorgeous day here! This weather is amazing!

We found this cache with geodaughter 10PinkTARDIS while waiting for a flight this morning. Helps us with our June daily caching challenge. Very interesting place to find fossils!!! We’ve been here so many times and never seen these before; it’s really quite amazing and cool! A pic of agate at GZ is included.

We came into town today for some ice cream and a few local caches. This one definitely caught our attention with the favorite points. We quickly found the container and worked as a team to get to the log. Excellent setup here!! Everything worked perfectly. Found with geodaughter 10PinkTARDIS. Left a pathtag.
PS: it’s nice that Mickey and XPT are both wearing pink today. 😂 Favorite point awarded.

FTF #1551. Yay! Made it a bit harder than we needed to but learned lots of interesting things about magnets. Since Agate was away in business he pinged Mickey and XPT about this FTF opportunity only a few miles from the house. We had to get dressed first, but then headed out with our full list of things to take care of at the library. Among the 3D printing that mesmerized us we were able to get ink to paper. TFTC and looking forward to the family geocaching fest Andrew told us about.

I am traveling from San Diego to Mexicali today for a work assignment this week. I was too close to this cache, CA's oldest cache, not to take the opportunity for a visit. I parked at the designated parking area after enjoying the breathtaking drive up. I then thoroughly enjoyed the ~2 mile hike on the lovely trails to GZ.
Once at GZ, it actually took me about 30 minutes to find. There are so many awesome places to hide things here. I started getting concerned about making so much effort to get here only to have a DNF when I finally spotted SOOP. Yay! The cache! I love adding these "oldest in state" caches whenever I get an opportunity to.

FTF #1550. 8th of 8 FTFs! It’s a somewhat rainy Saturday so what do we do? GEOCACHING!! Haha.
We actually targeted these new puzzles near Waseca in hopes for a blank log or two.
This was our 8th and final FTF at 3:30 pm. Found with geodaughter 10PinkTARDIS. Agate enjoyed solving the dancing dude puzzle. Then once again Mickey went to sign the log using XPTs shoes. Another team effort. Another favorite point here. Excellent coords!

This was our 6th FTF at 2:00 pm. Found with geodaughter 10PinkTARDIS. Agate figured out the gibberish puzzle, Mickey drew the short straw and got us signed in today (using XPTs water sandals). Excellent team effort. What a cool area. Giving this one a favorite point.

Agate here. This was my last day working in the Wilsonville area. I had a couple of hours to kill before I needed to head to the airport and decided to grab a couple caches. This was my first for the evening. I likely overthought this one but eventually got it and signed the log.

FTF #1542. Wow, cool spot! FTF penned here at 12:23pm on my way through from Humboldt, IA to Seward, NE to pick up geodaughter 10pinkTARDIS from Concordia University. I dedicate this FTF to our geocaching friends back home in MN, specifically the Holy Strollers. Best girl’s health isn’t great right now. In fact she’s hospitalized with pneumonia, an after effect of her round of Covid on top of other chronic health conditions. If you’re the praying type, send up a few for Nancy and Bob. For some strength, some healing, perseverance and comfort. Thanks for the fun hide on your first one. We took the bunny, it’ll go well in and OCC shoebox and we left a polished agate. Blessings to you, agate mickey (Jon and Kristine) This one also extends our monthly FTF streak to 101!
