Pick Click it, or ticket up from one cache and drop him at the next cache you visit. If you see a Police Officer, Deputy, a Highway Patrolman, or even a police station of some sort, photograph Click it and send him on his way (Nothing to see here, move along!), Just be sure to tell Officer Friendly why you are taking his photo before hand so he wont become suspicious of you!
