Astronomer's Lighthouse Hunters retrieved from "The Beacon" on 6/18/10 while attending the "Rock Island Getaway VI" geocaching event. It's too bad I did not have it last weekend when I visited the Plum Island Lighthouse as part of the Door County Lighthouse Festival. As my caching name says, I'm a lighthouse nut and will bring "The Lighthouse Ladybug" to many lighthouses in the area before I release it. If all goes as planned, I will take it to a special, hard to get to, lighthouse next weekend and post photos of same. I hope the owner does not mind if I keep it for awhile as I plan to visit many lighthouses this summer.
