Current Goal

This bug's original mission was to "travel the world visiting all things creepy/scary along the way." And to start the bug off a good friend of mine (amphibfam) offered to take the little green dude on a couple of vacation type trips to really soak up the miles. But, right about that time, Mrs. Amphibfam was quite a bit pregnant, and so traipsing through the woods looking for tupper-ware went from difficult to impossible rather quickly.
Needless to say, Hopper of the Gnome, didn't make it very far (0 miles to be precise). But he did get to hang out with the expectant mother for several months, (yay!) and as been a great help with the new addition to the team. All this life experience has given little Hopper a whole new outlook on life. No longer does he wish to spend his caching odysseys searching for the creepy or disgusting, no more shall he seek out the dark and dingy!!
His ambitions now lie with the lighter side of life.

About This Item

Hopper of the gnome

Hopper of the Gnome Would really like to hop from cache to cache looking for fun things to do; like skiing, or hopscotch, maybe even bull riding. And there's parties, and bar-b-ques, and Christmas tree decorating, and getting paroled, and weddings, and buying shoes, and anything else you think he might enjoy. Just make sure to take lots of pictures so the guy can remember all the fun he's had!!

3" rubber grasshopper. Who just wants to enjoy life and all the wild and crazy stuff there is to do.

Discovered it but I didn't read the story and the fact you would like some photos. If it is still there in the next couple of days I will try to get a photo of Hopper with Pike's Peak or the Spanish Peaks in the background. I wonder if Tarantula's eat grasshoppers? Just wondering.

I'm a pretty boring person, but for me, the first day of school is always exciting (I'm a teacher)! Maybe I will get some pictures of Hopper at school...or maybe that would just convince the students that I am crazy...
