My dad found this unactivated Travel Bug in a cache in Little Mountain Park in Winnipeg.  Thanks to whoever placed it here.  Will add a host to the bug and release into the world in the next few days.

TheLittleOne (?) decided to attach a water pistol to the tag and it is in a cache ready to go.
