Cheer Bear is a very happy Care Bear who helps other see the bright side of life. She will sometimes even do a cheer to help make someone happier. Wherever she goes, she wears a symbol of hope and happiness- a rainbow.

Cheer Bear would like to travel and then go back home to her mommy in Charlotte, NC.
