This TB's mission is to travel from cache to cache and pique peoples' interest in coin collecting.
The Lincoln Cent was minted with the wheat ears reverse from 1909 to 1958. In 1943 cents were made from steel due to a shortage of copper resulting from the war effort, and from 1944 to 1946 cents were made out copper from recycled shell casings.
