This is a Silver Medal, 2nd place, some soldier won during a horseshoe tournement that took place at Camp Assayliyah, in Qatar. (We suspect it was during Desert Storm.) It was found as swag in a cache. We decided it was unique and deserved to be spread around for the entertainment of cachers, so we made it into a Travel Bug.
