About This Item

This bug was released at the Maryland High Point in Garrett County as was his predecessor State High Point Seeker. The State High Point Seeker Bug visited the Maryland and Pennsylvania High Points and then took a trip to Arizona where it has been MIA since January 2002. Hopefully this bug can do better. If you are going to a High Point, take the bug with you and place it in a cache located there, or if there is not one, maybe you could start one. A digital picture of the bug at the high point would also suffice. If you are not sure where high points are located the following web page is a great reference:

    Found it! Will relocate soon! I will be heading to Mt Greylock in Massachusetts once the rain lets up..been raining here for 7 days. I will drop him off at the peak and take some photos. Mt Greylock is our states highest point.

    Picked up this bug at the event cache. Researched Indiana and Illinois highpoints using website shown in TB profile. Illinois highpoint is several hundred miles away from my home coords. Indiana highpoint is 15 miles north of Richmond, IN. I just happen to be travelling through Richmond, IN tomorrow afternoon.....hmmmmm....is it fate? I'll see what I can do about putting another state highpoint on the belt of this TB.
