Seven Souvenirs of August Geocoin

To stay with uncivilizedwhitelion to show people and let them discover it and to travel around with all his other TB's as he tries to find every cache in the world...Thank you beebuddy for giving me this beautiful geocoin, I love it!!!

BTW pictures do not do this coin justice, you have to feel this puppy in your hands, it's heavy and very well made....

This is how I earned my 7 Souvenir's of August...
I went right out the first day of August to try and get 5 of my souvenirs toward my August 7...I started at the 'Striations II' Earthcache in Putney, Vt. first thing in the morning after getting done with work, this was for my first souvenir toward the 7...After this I went home before heading to Keene NH for my traditional cache for my second souvenir of 7, this was the newly re-activated Geo-HQ cache, it was just activated the day before and I was first to find the new cache...I then headed to Marlboro, NH for the letterbox cache for my third souvenir of 7...Then we headed to Surry, NH for my Multi and Mystery caches to make my 4th and 5th souvenir's toward my August 7...After going 0 for 3 on the multi-caches I had on the agenda for the day, I wasn't really in the mood for anymore caching, especially the mystery cache in Surry NH I had to do, it was the only one in the area I hadn't found yet, and it involved searching the entire Cemetery for a certain gravestone, not today.... 
I returned the next day(on the 2nd) to one of the multi-caches I had DNFd the day before, it was the 'Trail of Flowers' cache in Keene NH, and this time I found it for souvenir number 4...I then had problems again with the mystery cache in Surry and had to scrap it for that day...
I returned the next day(the 3rd) to complete the mystery cache in Surry NH, 'Old Grave Yards and Old legends' for my 5th souvenir and then had to wait for an event cache within a reasonable driving distance...
I ended up going to the 'John Brockway Nature Preserve Awz Adventure' event in Hopkington, NH on August 5th to complete my 7 Souvenir's of August...This was awesome because my newphew, Sn4Js lives above here and had just started geocaching, so he came down to the event with 2 of the 4Js, we had an awesome time on the hike...
I ended up being the 3,314th person to complete the 7 Souvenir's of August...I wanted to be one of the first couple hundred, I tried just about everything except beg my brothers( beebuddy and urbanfood and sister NH4kids) to hold an event at 8am on the 1st, just a quick coffee and donut get together at the Dutton Pines State Park shelter in Dummerston...I would have done the earthcache before the event and then after the event I would have headed out and cached until I finished the 7...If I had the gas money I would have went to NY on the 2nd to an event there, that was the only other one under a couple hundred miles away within the first few days of August...
