To boldy go where no LaRoy has gone before (unless it's sunny and warm) and explore, going from geocache to geocache with us rather than being set free to find its own way. Ron and I will register it at geocaches we find, but will take it with us. This will count the miles/kilometres we have put on and build a map for all to see of where we have been - forever onward!
This stylish travel bug, bought at Sharkz, which is an excellent storefront geocaching store on Esquimalt Road in Victoria, will track the many adventures of Suzanne and Ron LaRoy. They will associate this travel bug, aptly named (no surprise!) "They've got the Travel Bug" with geocaches along the way and upload photos associated with those places - all for your enjoyment. First stop - Puerto Aventurous, Mexico!
Suzanne figures since there was no motor home travel bug in the store, a VW Beetle, which she had owned for many years, would suffice. In 2015, Suzanne and Ron traded in their silve VW Beetle convertible for the like of their 32' motorhome and java bean-coloured Fiat 500 convertible, which they will be towing along with this travel bug.
