Current Goal

My mission is to travel to at least one cache in every state in the union and then return to the Columbia River Gorge near Hood River, Oregon.

About This Item

"Do Your Best" to find this travel bug

A cub scout wolf den placed this travel bug. States visited so far: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Florida, Mississippi, Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, New York, Vermont, Nevada, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Texas, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Virginia, New Mexico, California, Montana, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Alabama, Tennessee, and Colorado.

35 states down, 15 to go.

Thanks for helping this bug on its mission. We launched this travel bug when my son was a Wolf in a cub scout pack. He is now an Eagle Scout, working on his Silver Palm.

It would be cool to get this back for his Eagle Court of Honor, then send it back on its way.

Don't have plans to go to any of the remaining states but thought we had to get this good bug out of the water. We'll see what we can do to give him a boost in the right direction.

Found it..
I will reprint and re-mark the state log as it is getting pretty worn.
Will pass it on to a Kansas cache.
This bug was picked up by the mom of a Bear Cub in Pack 3094, Overland Park, Kansas
I will let my son take it to his pack meeting on Monday to show it off.
Then will place it for more travels.

We are keeping this one to show our Pack at this month's meeting. We are doing a meeting on Leaving No Trace and the Outdoors. We have two couples who are also geo cachers coming to talk with the boys about geo caching. I thought it would be great to show them some trackables and with this being a Wolf Rank patch, it is very appropriate. We will then get this one back out in about two weeks. Again thanks for sharing!

Picked this one up to take with us to the annual Bitterroot District's Klondike Derby today. We are a scouting family, with a boy in the Bear Den and one in the Tiger Den. My husband is also the Cubmaster for Pack 4976 and I'm the Advancement and Activity Coordiantor for the pack. Last year our pack won the Klondike and we did it again this year!!!! The boys in our pack are some really great kids! We will try to get this back out into a cache where it can get picked up soon. Thanks for sharing!

Nice TB. Like the scouting theme since scouting is what introduced us to caching. No plans to head to the states it still needs so will drop it off up the road a bit.
