A simple mission for this cute little car... to travel and stay safe.
As a travel bug this mission may seem obvious, but so many trackables are being retrieved and kept or go 'missing'.
This small car is a reminder of why the car became so popular and iconic. A simple small Fiat 500. Perhaps a photo of Fiats or your mode of caching vehicle could be added to the log.
If taken to events please ensure my Fiat is logged both in and out correctly as several bugs have gone to meets and then have vanished, thanks WW
A small white Fiat 500. Attached to a bright shiny pink Travel Track tag, I will also add a small keyring to the bug giving a brief insight to the mission.
The original 500 was made to meet the demands of the post-war market which called for economy cars. In 1949 a front engine Fiat 500 was released. It was a 2 door coupe body with a sun-roof.
In 1954 a new lighter bodied car with a rear engine was made, based on the pattern of the VW Beetle.
Despite it's diminutive size the 500 proved to be an enormously practical and popular vehicle throughout Europe.
Production of the original Fiat 500 ended in 1975 and was relaunched as theFiat 126, but this was never as popular.
Now it is BACK... with original 2 door models, 4 door models and even a Station Wagon version which can be 'off road'....
It was designed as a small and economical car and these newer models to me seem to go against all the true idea of a Fiat 500... especially in todays 'ECO' world!
Please enjoy this Tb and have fun.
