Found a creative wooden cache made by a Boy Scout and his dad! He is a third generation Boy Scout. It was a boy up in the tree and the log container unwound down to you. Very neat!

Been spending the last 2 weeks in the beautiful Napa Valley where I grew up! We are visiting my parents, BuleyComes2 and my lovely grandmas. If you come here, this cache is a must for the lovely photo op that can be found here, then be sure to visit the castle, that’s my favorite winery in the area. Take a walk down the quant streets of St. Helena. There are lots of geocaches in the area! (Some can be kinda hard... lol) Thanks to Super_Nate for this beautiful picture!

Taking a beach day with the family!! It was very windy out, but the white caps were small, it was just so beautiful out!! We are walking the trail that runs atop the cliffs just above the beach.

We are on Cayucos Beach to get a Webcam cache! The wind has picked up a lot and has the ocean whipping with white caps. On the way to this cache we came across Pismo Beach and stopped to see the Monarch butterflies that migrate down here for the winter! So beautiful to see the clusters of orange high in the trees!!!

Visiting Ventura port dock where there is a very neat, water tight cache planted in the dock! It is solidly stuck and locked, so very safe and super neat!!!

This cache is the very southwest of the continental USA! Of course we had to make our cache hunting complicated by getting to the 3 mile round trip hike right at sundown. It was gorgeous being on the beach at that time, but by the time we got to the Mexico USA wall, it was pitch black! A border patrol came up to us, was very nice, but said to stay away from the wall and stick together since that had some climbers who might be hiding out after going of the wall today! Wow! So we got the cache and booked it back to the car. What a neat and exciting experience!
