My goal is to run all the way from New Zealand to Jasper, Alberta in the Canadian Rockies. I am in a race with another trackable (Shrek the Sheep, ref: TB79FD3) and I want to win, so please move me on fast!
Jasper is a small town in western Alberta, Canada. It is the commercial centre of Jasper National Park, located in the Canadian Rockies in the Athabasca River valley. Jasper is approximately 362km west of Edmonton and 290km north of Banff at the intersection of the Yellowhead Highway and the Icefields Parkway. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jasper,_Alberta).
Jandals are the New Zealand word for flip-flops or thongs. After a japanese swimming team came to NZ (many decades ago), one observer was so impressed with their style of footwear that he began making them himself - he came up with the word "Jandal" as an abbreviation of the term "Japanese Sandal".
