About This Item

Amelia loves to fly and she wants to travel around the world West to East, please help her move east.

12/17/2005 NOTE: Whoa! Amelia has over-shot her target. She left eastern Washington (USA) and made it all the way around the world. Now we need to get her back to Richland, Washington so she can tell us (her family) all about her travels. Please help her get home by the shortest route possible.

    Because we took TimeSlice with us on our hollidays, we got Amelia Bearheart from Hilundlass.
    We met them personally and talked for a while about geocaching. Nice people.
    Our daughter took very good care for the bear, but it was not easy to let her go on the trip around the world.

    Received this beautiful girl from Mechster who had returned from No Name Key cache in Florida. Amelia now resides in Lexington, SC until the 16th. She is going to be a guest of honor at an event cache nearby Cheezers no name cache. The event cache will be listed soon under Bon Voyage Plundering Pluto and Amelia Bearhart. THEN, she'll be heading off to France to start touring Europe. Let's hope they will all be nice to her!! Amelia spent a long lunch today at a Michelin event. They gave her an honorary guest pass, and gave her a special pin for Michelin aircraft tires!! Obviously, her travel host will be going to France on company business. Amelia is a very studious girl, and is already learning to speak french so she wont get lost! Bonne chance Amelia! Hilundlass

    Found Amelia at the GCBD18 No Name Key cache near Key West, Florida. Amelia was in good spirits. We took her seadooing and sailing around Summerland Key for a week before taking her to our home in Lexington, South Carolina.

    Amelia told me she wants to travel around the world from West to East and she recently made firm arrangements to travel to Europe. She will stay at my house with my family until mid-March when she departs on her overseas trip.

    I picked up Amelia Bearheart from Maybury Hikers Cache and she flew east (and south) with me to Florida. She was happy to be flying again and looks forward to a visit to Cape Canaveral.
