This site I grabbed it from is said to be a said to be from a Native Amercan Tribe. Judging by the view from here, they would have used this place to worship the Sunset. There are many worshippers on the hill tonight.

Found it near the LDS temple in Reno while visiting family. Brought it home with me to Southern California. Sorry I've had the bug for so long. I'm going to try and drop it off tomorrow (1/13) or sometime this weekend. I know just the spot!
