Current Goal

BIG 12 TRAVEL BUG
I am here to help celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the Big 12, which was formed February 25 1994. My goal is to make it as close as possible to the football stadium of every team in the Big 12 and end up back in Lincoln Nebraska, and to also pick up a key chain with a symbol of each Big 12 member along the way.

I know I have had this TB for way to long. I have planned to drop it off at the Missouri Tigers in Columbia, MO and every time I've planned to go, the trip gets canceled, but not this time. A new MU key chain has been added. I know CribbageWitch got some pictures of it here, but I thought I would drop it off.

We decided to visit KU after retrieving the TB. We had gotten a MU keyring for it since it had stopped at the stadium on its way to KC, but it came off on trek to cache nearby the stadium along with the KU keyring we had put on it. DH had gone in the brush so it was pretty much a lost cause. We stopped at KU bookstore for another KU one, we figured there wasn't much chance of finding a MU replacement in Jayhawk country.

We will be watching to see if it makes to other Big 12 schools.

This was one geocache experience we won't soon forget.

We grabbed this from the Bug Drop Inn and plan to take it to Lawrence, KS this week weather staying nice for family activity.
