Hi! I’m Cocky! I want to travel to all of the Division I College Football programs. My owner is a USC grad and would love to be able to go to all the games with these schools, but unfortunately he is getting married and can’t afford all those road trips! Please take pictures of me at every university so he can see where I’ve been!
