About This Item

I grew up in New Ulm, MN and moved to Bemidji, MN. with my husband.  The neighbors who lived kitty-corner from us in New Ulm, bought a house in Bemidji across the street from us, for their kids while they were going to college.  When the kids were done with school, they finished fixing it up so they could sell it.  We had them over for many suppers and beer from this brewery is one they brought over in appreciation for the good food!  We enjoyed their company many evenings with some good brews!  Ballast POint is brewed in San Diego, CA and was founded in 1996.

I'd never heard of this brand of beer before today! Maybe some day I will run into a bottle. In the meantime, if you ever get to South Dakota, try some Prairie Berry Red Ass Rhubarb wine! I'll plan to move this along soon.
