To stay as far away from the Cape Fear River basin (NC) as possible. Preferably visiting caches in the great southwest where there are no alligators, tsunamis, capsized kayaks, or fraygirls.
On 10 November 2007, A fray(ed) Knot (original iteration) was graciously given to the Head fraygirl at the start of the dastardly Cape Fear Adventure - Flash Mob Event (GC16Y82). No one had ever seen an event with a 5/5 rating before. I don't think anyone who survived this very thinly-disguised form of mass suicide wants to see another. Wisely, the fraygirls renamed the event: Cape Fear Adventure - The Rogue's Revenge - only after all the lost souls were accounted for. A fray(ed) Knot - II wants to remain far away from this type of East Coast insanity and deal with more benign things like rattlesnakes, scorpions, and rampaging ATVs. Its desire is to visit the more refined and civilized caches throughout the southwest.
