I have been a soccer coach for about 6 years now. Having coached champion and struggling teams, I know the commitment it takes to be effective and successful. I also know the time and dedication it takes to a team and families when they are struggling.

Coaches give their time and talents (usually as a volunteer) to players and their families everyday. They deserve some recognition.

My greatest coaching moment? The 2007 TRSA soccer tourney!!!!!!
