Karen Bear (TB155KK)is one of three TB bears which represent the children of paulandpaula. Her mission is to log the greatest total distance travelled, the maximum number of moves and the most distant cache. She shares this mission with Matthew Bear and Terry Bear.

About This Item

All three of the Bears will begin their journeys from the West Coast of Scotland in March 2007. They all have an affinity with the sea and water.

Today we took TB Karen Bear in our small sailing boat to the Swedish island Ven, which is very near to our home harbour. We all enjoyed the tour! We walked to the cache and put her there, hoping that another sailor will soon help her to contine her mission

Our daughter, Klara, 8, will take good care of Karen bear until we find a suitable place for her. As we live less than a kilometer from the coast, this should be a possible task. Greetings from Denmark!

We found Karen Bear on our trip in Scotland. I first took Karen Bear to the Netherlands, but since I knew that karen bear liked the ocean I decided to take Karen to Iceland where she has a magnificent view from Dyrholaey.
In the Jar I found a little Trol which I took home with me!

We found the Cache on April 10th. It was a beautifull day. We where just in Time to catch the boat to the Island where we had to rush to find all the hidden clues, go to the correct position, and retrieve Karen Bear. It was just a bit hard to seperate Karen Bear from her two partners. We will soon find a new place for Karen Bear. I am not sure if it will be in the Netherlands, where we come from, or in Iceland where I will be staying from april 28th untill May 6th.
