Astonishing how well this idea of a notebook TB still works, after those four years! Sorry I kept it took long, but it's always that way when I get something very precious - since I then tell me that not yet but only soon thereafter the best opportunity will come to get ready for it and pay it the proper attention it deserves.
As a kind of reparation, I have taken pictures of all the notebook's pages up to now, while riding on that Berlin local train from a subburb to the centre to hide it there in a very cool and often visited cache. If the owner is interested in receiving those pictures, feel free to contact me.
