2008 Update - For our 5 year GXing anniversary, we got a Garmin Nuvi something or other for driving. Her name is Gillian, and we LOVE her since she was such a BIG help on our GW6/Pacific NW ODD-yssey Road Trip through five states and another Canadian province.

2007 Update - Burgi Dad's got a Garmin 60CSx now. It's better under trees and clouds than my 60CS. GatorBruce has our Magellan MapTrek.

2006 - As of the time this TB was released, Burgi Dad and I each have our own GPSrs... Two different brands which each have their different strong points. One is better under tree cover and the other acquires the sats faster. As stated in the GeoCoin's Mission, when you discover this GeoCoin, let us know which kind of GPSr you prefer... and where you're taking it today!

    Burgi Dad and I 😎 😎 had set our goals for our GW6/PacNW Geo-ODD-yssey Road Trip, MONTHS ago: to get five new [B][RED]RED[/RED][/B] states (preferrably EarthCaches) and the so-called GC.com Trifecta (Original Stash, GC.com HQ, and Mission 9, the nearby APE cache), as well as visit GeoMuggle family and friends in the Pacific NW (and just over the border in Canada), all in one week -😁- now we've 😎 😎 been there, done that, and came back on an all day flight yesterday.

    Had to KIDnap Burgi Dad's 😎 little big sister to show her 😚 what our hobby/obsession was all about -😉- turning her 😚 into a KID for the afternoon was easier than expected! This one was a nice challenge to start with -👍- AL-most got a chance to teach the newly named Fjord Woman 😚 what an NHF/DNF was, but figured it out at the last moment. Yep, the log was a pretty full, so I 😎 popped in a suitable temp... right after we 😎 😚 😎 signed it, of course.
