Current Goal

This travel bug's aim is to travel the world going to as many parties, festivals or special days around the world as possible. For example it would love to be in Rio for Carnival, Dublin for St Patrick's Day, Athens for the Olympics, Sydney for Madi Gras and any other celebrations it experiences on-route!

About This Item

This travel bug is a champagne cork, from a bottle which was drunk on the 27th May 2004 to celebrate Erika & Tamsin (non geocaching friend) leaving their current jobs and heading for pastures new (or was that just an excuse to drink copious amounts of champers???!!).

    Found Let's Celebrate so we celebrated over finding this well-placed cache and TB. We could take the TB with us to party in Sydney in January but feel the TB wishes to party before this rather than waiting in the suitcase for the next few months!

    Collected 'Let's Celebrate' from Salisbury Plain, but thought we might be a bit too sedate for her, and so placed her quickly near Stone Henge in the hope that someone more exciting would pick her up and take her to a party!
