Well, I suppose you're wondering what is going on with your coin. Far from sitting about on a desk somewhere, this little unit has been adventuring! Picked up in Dunedin some time ago we headed off to Fiordland, land of sandflys and waterfalls. A little dissapointed in both the number and style of caches here. This is an adventure playground which is almost untouched by geocaching. Anyway... first we ascended Mt Talbot via the east face (the pyramid of rock forming the summit as seen from the Milford road on a clear day). 10 days of climbing mountains, waterfalls and snowfields ensued, with regular pitstops at the milford pub. The coin remained tucked away in a zipping pocket and was intended to become part of a new cache (that sadly never eventuated).
Now, although many other coins would consider this an adventure in itself, your coin was just warming up. I say this because your coin is a pioneer, a free spirit determined to go where no coin has gone before.
Unfortunately i am not at liberty to disclose details at this time, only that the coin has fallen into the hands of The Dread Pirate OBBLUE, who sets sail at dawn...
