I want to travel around swimming in as many places as I can. There are 19 other members of my Duck family out there on various adventures. Some are in Europe and even in Australia. Pretty impressive. Anyway, I want to join them. Maybe someday we will find each other and have a reunion. In the meantime, I'm excited and appreciative that you have found me and are allowing me to share in your adventures.

Wow! I'm number 20, of the "Duck Family." I have lot of Duck relatives already traveling around the world. One of my family members has over 38,000 miles. Thank is a lot of swimming. Sadly a few of my Duck Family are missing, but maybe they will reappear and continue their adventures. Look at my picture online. You will see nearly all of use look alike.

EZ Cache: Nice short early morning hike down to GZ. Found the ramp then found the cache pretty quickly. The lake had a lot of fog over it this morning. Maybe someone will take you down there to see the other ducks.

No Whiskers: Out the door before the sun was up again. I definitely prefer the longer days of summer. Anyway. Got the the first waypoint and got the necessary information then made the short drive to GZ. It was pretty muddy after yesterday’s rain but there was a pretty obvious font so obvious) pathway to GZ. Found the whiskerless friend who was holding the cache and discovered it’s water-tight ring was broken, as was the attachment device. Log was a tad damp but not bad. If you have a replacement ring, you may want to bring it.

Jerebek Loop: Got to the first WP and found multiple phone numbers. Reached out to a previous finder for the right one and was on my way. (I used the first phone number) I only had an hour before work so was hoping to get it all done before the rain. It took me 51 minutes and went 1.4 miles. Was only 6 minutes late to work.

o earlier this week I headed out of the house before the sun so I could replace this one before work only to realize once I got to Vista that I left the cache at home. D’oh! So rather than fighting traffic on a workday again, I decided to come up today (Sunday) only to encounter an accident and completely stopped traffic. Ugh! At least this time remembered the cache container I replaced it. Hopefully it will stay put this time. Dropped off a TB that wanted to visit libraries.

IHO Fsadranek: Went up north to replace one of my caches that went MIA and remembered that I hadn’t found my Birthday COTD yet. Decided to go for this one. Pulled off the road next to the cache and the first car that drove by checked to see if I was OK. That was sweet. Made the find. Took the worry doll and added a penguin. Then realized there are a bunch of new caches up here and decided to attempt FTF with two of them before it started getting dark. Successful day!
