This geocoin was dropped into a cache in Alabama, not to far from where our oldest daughter and her family used to live, before they gave up on Alabama and its crumbling economy. The cache was reported missing BY THE VERY NEXT CACHER, three months later. Did anyone bother to post a note to this geocoin that the cache had gone missing? Of course not!! Why would anyone want to be courteous enough to do something nice like that? This cache has apparently been geo-muggled or Mother Natured at least twice, but no one took the time to tell us that this geocoin was long gone. Sure, we should have figured it out on our own, but we have hundreds of geocoins out there; we can't keep close track of each one. Anyway, the original owners of this cache moved to Montana and don't cache much, so Whiteboy47 petitioned Groundspeak to let him adopt the cache, and he marked this as Missing. At least someone was paying attention: thanks!
We're bringing this home for burial in an archived cache of ours.
