Sorry we couldn't post this sooner. We took the Zoo Traveler to the Wildlife West Nature Park which is about 30 miles outside Albuquerque. It is a refuge for animals that were domesticated or injured and would not survive on their own in the wild. The TB saw elk and mountain lions, foxes and even two very rare Mexican wolves. We were also lucky to be there for feeding time for several of the birds of prey, a trio of raccoons and a bobcat.
We'd heard about this park before, but thanks for the excuse to finally go out and see it!
