Found in 'Fish the Horseshoe' so it didnt make it all the way to Oregon. Not sure if horned lizards like cool mountain streams but that is where he is headed.

P.S. person I grabbed this from still has many TBs in his possesion so I emailed instructions on how to drop them when logging a cache find.
